seek

seek was a 20 min private interactive performance session that offered individuals a clairvoyant reading generated by the misuse of online search engines. Seated in a custom massage chair and connected to a remote voice on headset, this live experience generated a personal video for each participant--a vision of their future predicted by the Internet. Created by the Institute for New Feeling, an artist collective including Scott Andrew, Nina Sarnelle, and Agnes Bolt in collaboration with Ethan Jerrett.

This project was originally presented at Recess in New York as part of their Session residency, Spring 2015.
